The 10th Amendment

The 10th Amendment states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."  A 10th Amendment Commission would study ways to restore the principles set forth in the Amendment. States Rights, State Sovereignty, and the Limited Role of the Federal Government would be the focus of the commission.
